Karina – Ellie
We have adopted this amazing little girl Ellie from Phoenix Dachshunds. She is loving, happy, healthy, beautiful and has the perfect personality.
I found Jen on Instagram, and from the beginning I felt safe when I communicated with her. From Ellie was born until we picked her up, Jen sent us daily information and pictures of our little “girl” and we loved following every little step from she was born, until she was old enough to move into our home. Jen also opened her home for us to visit Ellie when she was 4 weeks old.
Jen provided us with all the information we needed, and had even packed a travelbag for Ellie. We highly recommend Jen/Phoenix Dachshund, if you are looking for a dachshund ❤️🐶

Bradley – Noodle (aka Juno)
Jenny truly is an absolute star! Welcoming a new furry family member can feel like a wonderfully overwhelming adventure and Jenny made our journey into dachshund parenthood as smooth and joyful as possible.
We brought our sweet Noodle (or Juno) home about a week ago, and from our very first inquiry to the day we picked her up, Jenny was a dream. She seamlessly guided us through every step, providing all the essential information, helpful supplies, and invaluable advice we could ever hope for. Thanks to her, we felt completely confident and ready to raise the most perfect little sausage dog.

Donna – Tappen (aka Hugo)
For anyone looking for a miniature Dachshund, I highly recommend Jenny and her gorgeous pups. They are obviously well looked after and loved before going to their new forever homes. Our little Tappen was worth every penny and settled in so well-it’s like he has always been part of our family.

Honestly hard to believe it’s only been 2 and a half days since we brought this little girl home and we’ve been besotted since, she’s gorgeous, loveable, confident & somehow as stubborn as me!. We wouldn’t change her for the world. Couldn’t recommend Phoenix Dachshunds more for all their information, support & also the care package given to help you get started on raising your pup.
Couldn’t imagine a life without her now. We love you all the world Amorè.

Siobhan – Phoebe (Havannah)
Superb support and knowledge about the breed as well as ongoing communication during the pregnancy and birth.
Jen is very lovely and super easy to deal with and encouraged pre adoption visits to get to know our puppy, it’s a good indication for her too, the adopting families are up to standard!
The take home support box of goodies for our pup was invaluable, thank you. All in all, a super experience, love our new baby girl.

We had excellent communication from before our pup was born. We met him and the parents at 4 weeks. We had loads of information on feeding and care. He had been vaccinated and chipped, had been raised on high quality food and part socialised and house trained. He´s a happy sociable confident little fellow who takes everything in his stride. Recommended breeder.

Carla – Gunner
We fetched Enzo (previously Gunner) a week ago and oh my goodness what a week its been. He is full of energy and a wonderful outgoing and healthy pup that everyone has fallen in love with. He has us wrapped round his little finger.
Jen has kept us updated from the time we contacted her and was great all the way along. It was great to be able to see our baby with his mum and siblings and the love Jen has for her dogs is evident. Thanks for letting us be owned by Enzo x x

Jenny has been absolutely amazing from the very start when I contacted her about getting a puppy. So much information and help provided throughout the time we waited for our boy to be old enough for us to take him home. Natasha (Max Enzo Jr)
Jen and Dave go above and beyond with their dogs – they are all family members, loved and cared for. They created something very special at their home and we could not be more happy with the puppy we got from their Dorothy and Enzo. At 8 weeks he is socialised, very comfortable exploring the world around him and is such a good eater. He is healthy and happy and full of puppy energy. We had an excellent experience with Jenny and David in Phoenix Dachshunds. Phoenix have created the most beautiful sausages in the world. It was important to me to get my dogs from a responsible and registered breeder. I really couldn’t have found better. The living conditions were amazing, and you could genuinely see the love for all of their dachshunds. Jenny and David made sure the pups were fully vaccinated, chipped and had their passports. They also gave me a starter care pack of food, toys, blankets, and everything my pups would need to start their new lives. They even met me at the vets for my pups 3rd jab.
